Just wanted to add a couple more behind the scene pics of the photoshoot with Valentina, these are courtesy of Valentina Vos.

Last Friday I had a great opportunity to work with the lovely photographer Valentina Vos and make-up artist Alicia Mew again. The concept behind the editorial is to have looks each one consisting of one colour. For example one outfit in just orange, another blue, purple, green etc covering the rainbow spectrum!

Colour blocking is very in at the mo but for our shoot I was thinking each outfit should only be one colour in different tones and mixing a few different layers of clothing and textures, I love the use of mixed textures, patterns and colours.  It's simplifying the colours which is a different take on 'colour blocking'. 

Very relax shoot and apart from a cancellation and change in model the day held up for us. Alicia did a great job in keeping the make-up and hair very simple but striking and picked colours that clashed with the outfits. Looking forward to the final results!
